Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Closing date is midnight 31st July 2008.
2. Open to UK residents, with exception of employees of the promoter and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. The minimum age for entry is 18 years.
4. Entry implies acceptance of terms and conditions.
5. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. Winners will be selected at random, from all correct entries received by the closing date. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw.
7. The prizes: top prize is a PS3 games console and Rambo on Blu-ray disc. 10 x runner’s up prizes of Rambo goody bags containing Rambo themed merchandise.
8. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part.
9. The prize is not transferable.
10. The prizes will be sent to the winners within 28 days of the day taking place.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
12. The winner's names and counties will be available from 19th August to 29th August at www.nationwidepaintball.co.uk/rambo.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
