Q. Do you offer half-day sessions?
A. All our packages offer you a full day of paintball. If you decide to leave early then that is ok. A usual paintball day finishes at around 3:30pm however some groups leave earlier due to other commitments for the rest of the day.
Q. Can I bring or use my own equipment?
A. No. All our sites have safety tested their equipment to make sure the meet all the relevant health and safety requirements, required by law and so therefore they will only allow you to use their equipment and paint. Also it is unfair to other customers for some players to be using one type of equipment and another customer using another type of equipment, so everyone has to use the same equipment.
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. Paintball is an outdoor event designed to go ahead in all weather conditions, however, should the weather be very bad then feel free to contact the site with the number provided in your confirmation letter just to double check if the game will still be played.

A. The minimum age at most sites is 12 years old however some sites are as old as 16 years old. Any group member under 16 will be required to sign a parental consent form which is available by contacting Nationwide Paintball. There is no maximum age limit however paintball can be a physically demanding event and we suggest that you consider this factor when choosing to book.
Q. Can I bring spectators to watch the games?
A. Paintball is unfortunately not a spectator event and non-players will be required to sit in the safety zone while other group members are playing. If you want to bring other people along then please advise Nationwide Paintball at the time of booking.
Q. What should I tell everyone in the group to bring with them?
A. You should ensure that each player has sturdy footwear, suitable for a woodland environment, and loose comfortable clothing. You should also tell each member of the group to bring money/credit/debit cards for any extra paintballs they may wish to purchase as well as any refreshments they may wish.
Q. What happens if not all my group members show up?
A. If any members do not attend then their payments will be lost. All products and payments are non refundable and non transferable.
Q. What kind of clothing and footwear should I wear to the site?
A. We suggest that you try to wear older clothes as the paint might get through the overalls provided. You should always try to wear boots where possible however a sturdy trainer is a suitable alternative. Paintball is an outdoor activity so please bring suitable clothing for the weather on that day.
Q. How many players are assigned to each team?
A. This can vary depending on how many players we have on site that day. A general team size is between 10 and 20.
Q. Can all the members of my group be on the same team?
A. We always try to divide groups in two so that you get that chance to play with friends and shoot friends. If this group is large enough to create two teams we will try when possible to do this. However, if this is not possible we will mix you with another group to create the optimal group size.

Q. What is the minimum number of players I can bring with me?
A. There is no minimum to use your voucher so you are welcome to come along with as many of few people as you like (subject to availability) Don't worry, all you need to do is phone our office as soon as you can and let us know how many players will be attending. If you make your original booking for only a small group, you can always add extra players if more people are interested, as long as we have spaces available.
